Terms of Service – FixingFootballShirts
1. General By placing an order with FixingFootballShirts, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time.
2. Restoration Services
- You are responsible for sending your shirt to us safely using a tracked postal service.
- We will carry out the agreed restoration work as described in your chosen listing.
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to items sent to us.
- Once work is completed, we will email you photos before dispatch.
3. Vintage Shirt Sales
- All vintage shirts are sold as described. Condition ratings (e.g. 8/10) are our honest assessment and are clearly stated in each listing.
- All sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described.
4. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and refunds.
5. Liability FixingFootballShirts will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the original order.
