1. Place your restoration order by purchasing one of the options in the restorations page

2. Reply to the order confirmation email with clear photos of the shirt(s) along with details of the work required and your return address details

3. We'll review your request and reply with our shipping address

4. The customer is responsible for sending the shirt to us, a tracked service like Royal Mail Tracked 48 is recommended

5. When packing the shirt(s), please add a small note inside the parcel stating your name and email address

6. Once we've finished all work we will send an email containing pictures of the finished product(s) and post the shirt(s) the following morning using Royal Mail Tracked 48
